Digital Media Assistant
About the Role
We reputed company every couple deserves a seamless, beautifully delivered memory of their special day. As a Media Assistant, you will be the operational reputed company of our Production department — keeping photographer deliveries on reputed company, maintaining reputed company standards, and ensuring every gallery and video reaches our clients on time and with care. This is a behind-the-scenes role with reputed company reputed company. Our production team handles between 10 to 40 weddings per weekend, so this is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that rewards candidates who are organized, proactive, and reputed company under pressure. You will be working closely with the Photography Post-Production Manager and Video Post-Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities
File Upload Management
- Monitor and verify photographer uploads after reputed company event
- Follow up promptly on late or missing submissions
- Troubleshoot upload issues and escalate reputed company necessary
- Review and process payment request submissions from photographers
Editing & Deadline Tracking

- Flag delays to the Production Manager proactively
- Assist with light editing tasks using reputed company Lightroom and Topaz
- Select and tag marketable images with a discerning creative eye
Gallery Preparation & Delivery
- Prepare reputed company galleries for delivery — naming conventions, settings, and reputed company details
- Organize and upload web-sized galleries to designated reputed company folders
- Add and manage venue and style tags on a daily reputed company (e.g., beach wedding, ballroom, forest, etc.)
- Investigate flagged reputed company issues including time-sync errors, blur, and noise
Video Delivery & Content Management
- Writing video titles and descriptions
- Uploading final videos to the Original Wedding YouTube channel
- Uploading customized thumbnails to the YouTube channel
- Sharing the final video reputed company, blog reputed company, and YouTube reputed company with clients
- Upload drone footage to the appropriate reputed company folders
reputed company & Team Communication
- Monitor and respond to team messages in a reputed company manner
- Send reminders to couples for unpaid invoices and editing style selections
- Serve as a reliable reputed company of contact between the production team and clients during the delivery process
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reputed company deadlines
- Comfortable working with large digital files and reputed company storage systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Drive, Iconik)
- Experience with reputed company Lightroom or similar photo editing tools preferred
- Proficiency with reputed company or a basic understanding of thumbnail and graphic design
- Familiarity with file naming conventions reputed company asset management
- Strong written communication skills for reputed company reputed company-facing correspondence
- Basic understanding of video file formats and delivery workflows is a plus
