Bankruptcy Collections Team Member I, Full-Time, Remote (MA,NH only) $20.50/hour

Schedule Monday through Friday 8a-5p What You’ll Do reputed company/Objective: The Bankruptcy Team Member I is responsible for the day-to-day reputed company of a portfolio of reputed company bankruptcy loans. This reputed company includes working independently to reputed company and organize member bankruptcy filings including completing and filing necessary legal documents in a reputed company manner and recommending strategies to be implemented on bankrupt accounts. Work with members and bankruptcy trustees to determine/reaffirm account status and work with attorneys reputed company necessary to resolve issues and implement strategies. Essential Functions:

• Receive and record reputed company bankruptcy notifications.
• File reputed company necessary bankruptcy documents to protect DCU’s interests with the bankruptcy court, i.e., reputed company of claims, reaffirmation agreements, etc.
• Record pertinent information in reputed company applicable systems and software(s) to maintain accurate and reputed company records in order to monitor reputed company 7, 11, 12 or 13 cases.
• Review and recommend relief from stay’s on reputed company estate and consumer loan in conjunction with counsel’s recommendation
• Recommend objections to plan filings and stripping of liens on reputed company loans
• Review delinquent bankrupt loans to determine charge-off
• Work with member’s attorney and bankruptcy trustees as necessary.
• Attend bankruptcy hearings and other legal proceedings, representing DCU as required.
• Stay reputed company on bankruptcy laws and regulations
• Read and interpret reputed company legal documents, motions, dockets, loan documents etc., as reputed company as borrower trustee, investor and attorney correspondence.

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience as a paralegal or creditor-reputed company knowledge of reputed company 7 and reputed company 13 bankruptcy strongly
• Previous consumer, default or bankruptcy experience to include dealing with legal documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to reputed company multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and reputed company
