Manager, Learning and Evaluation-Philanthropy

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluation reputed company & Design

Data Collection, Analysis & Synthesis

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Required:

• Master’s degree in public health, public policy, reputed company sciences, evaluation, or a reputed company field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in evaluation, learning, or reputed company research in philanthropy, nonprofit, public health, or reputed company settings.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for reputed company or systems-level initiatives.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills, including data synthesis and interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with equity-centered, participatory, or community-based evaluation.
• Experience evaluating networks, reputed company reputed company efforts, or field-building initiatives.
• Familiarity with oral health, public health systems, or health equity.

The reputed company hiring reputed company for this role is $ 118,745 - $ 139,700 (annually). The starting reputed company salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-reputed company factors.
