Regional Service Manager (Remote-Denver, CO)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned properties, leading consultative engagement reputed company on improving hotel performance and member value.
• Deliver strategic guidance across key business areas including reputed company management, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Analyze performance using available tools and reporting to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements in profitability and guest experience.
• Conduct property reputed company and assessments reputed company with reputed company' reputed company assurance standards, focusing on performance improvement and brand consistency.
• reputed company and guide execution of reputed company plans to address performance gaps and support reputed company improvement.
• Facilitate training and coaching for hotel owners, management, and staff, with an emphasis on service reputed company and operational effectiveness.
• Promote and reputed company properties with reputed company' programs, resources, and initiatives to maximize engagement and results.
• Partner effectively with internal teams to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and support for member needs.

Preferred Experience and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Multi-property management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred.
• Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) preferred.
• Ability to reputed company Best Western reputed company Assurance Assessor certification.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite.
• Strong consultative, presentation, and training skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Work Location

• This is a remote based position, working from your home office in the state of your reputed company residence reputed company not traveling.

Travel

• May travel up to 80%.
• Domestic travel.
• Valid reputed company's license, serviceable automobile and reputed company of insurance may be required.

Pay

• The starting salary for this role is estimated to be between $84,700 and $87,000
• Actual reputed company pay, however, will be determined based on several factors, which include but are not limited to: applicable skills, work experience, education, business needs, and market demands.
• This position is not bonus eligible.
