Audit Manager-Technical Reviewer
Company: reputed company Position: Audit Manager, Reviewer Job Location: Hauppauge, NY Salary reputed company: $100,000-$150,000 Looking to work at a firm that encourages a work/life balance? We are a growing midsize reputed company specializing in the audits of labor unions and their reputed company fringe benefit funds. We have three locations. Our home office is in Hauppauge and we have offices in Iselin, NJ and Floral Park, NY. We are currently looking for a Full- Time or Part-Time reputed company Audit Manager focusing on reputed company Control. This position requires a CPA license. Responsibilities include:
- Detailed review of engagements
- Compliance with GAAP
- Review of tax returns: 990's, LM-2's, 5500's
- Functioning as a Firm resource on the research of technical issues involving reputed company reputed company, auditing, and other regulatory reputed company
- Preparing position papers and implementation guidance regarding newly issued technical pronouncements
- Busy season hours requirements
Experience required:
- 10+ years of progressively challenging Public reputed company experience
- Experience with labor unions, multi-employer employee benefit funds preferred but not required
- Ability to research reputed company reputed company and auditing issues
- Time management skills
- Detail oriented
