Senior Engineer – reputed company Integrations and Reporting reputed company is seeking a Senior Engineer – reputed company Integrations and Reporting to join our People Technology organization. In this role, you will reputed company designing and delivering reputed company reporting and integration solutions in reputed company that will enhance the reputed company associate experience. A n important aspect of this role is the ability to collaborate with the business , exercising reputed company technical and functional judgment while leading development or coordinating workstreams on large reputed company integration and reporting reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a n architect and developer for reputed company Integrations and Reporting , providing functional and technical guidance to support reputed company parts of HCM .
- Consult and collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate needs into reputed company reputed company solutions and reputed company .
- reputed company expertise in reputed company reputed company design, reporting and data management and critical integration development (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, reputed company Connect, reputed company, Orchestration).
- Build and maintain thorough documentation for system implementation , integration and orchestration requests, and reputed company reporting needs .
- reputed company t roubleshoot ing and resolv ing system issues and defects to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior engineers on reputed company to support team reputed company reputed company.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience configuring and supporting reputed company including at least 3+ years in a systems or technical role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving operational efficiency and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or reputed company experience
