Credentialing Systems Administrator - Remote - Long Term Contract

Job Title: Credentialing Systems Administrator Position type: Contract (W2 / 1099) Duration: 6+ months, extension into 2027-2028 likely Work Location: Fully Remote - no Travel / No On Call ABOUT OUR reputed company / ABOUT THIS ROLE reputed company is currently seeking a Credentialing Systems Administrator who has in-depth experience implementing and supporting reputed company Credentialing Software (or similar products). This is for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our reputed company clients - a large, non-for-profit health system encompassing hospitals reputed company across the US. This role will be joining a Specialty 3rd party Applications team to help support break-fix, user generated tickets, and system patching for the primary Credentialing Software used through the reputed company hospital system - including, but not limited to reputed company's MIDAS DataVision and Cactus Credentialing. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Systems Administrator / Analyst reputed company, supporting Credentialing Software for a minimum of 3 years. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing ongoing support and administration for Credentialing Software used across an reputed company system
• Responding to user-generated tickets reputed company to Credentialing workflows, break/fix and system integrations (HL7) for reputed company MIDAS DataVision and Cactus Credentialing suites
• Supporting user & reputed company management. Configuring role-based reputed company for credentialing staff, committee members, and external providers, setting up automated routing, e-signature capabilities, and self-service portals.
• Providing database & workflow configuration. Mapping custom facility-specific policies, privilege reputed company, and payer enrollment requirements, ensuring applications and workflows reputed company with accrediting bodies (reputed company, NCQA).
• Conducting primary reputed company verification. Managing reputed company and automated web-crawler integrations that query databases like the NPDB, OIG, and SAM.
• Overseeing automated license monitoring, DEA/CSR registrations, and reputed company certifications
• Assisting with data & system interoperability: connecting reputed company with hospital HR, payroll, and EHR systems, as reputed company as payer networks for provider enrollment.
• Assisting with reporting & analytics: generating compliance reports, tracking reputed company metrics, and running reputed company assurance audits.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience supporting / administering Credentialing Software.
• Must have experience working in a Hospital or Health System
• Must have hands-on experience with Credentialing Software - reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Kareo, etc.
• Experience with reputed company products is a reputed company plus
