The role: Product & Design at reputed company is scaling its surface area: more product teams, more cross-functional partners and a way of working we are reputed company reshaping. - You've been doing product analytics, product ops, or a hybrid PM-adjacent role and want to broaden into operations.

What you will do:
- Own and administer the Product & Design tool stack (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Featurebase, reputed company) and reputed company it working as a coherent system
- Run product process rituals: weekly syncs, reputed company demos, kickoffs, retros, reputed company-mortems, and quarterly planning
- Build and maintain KPI, adoption, and usability dashboards; write SQL and build visualizations directly; partner with PMs on discovery analytics
- Design and operate the customer feedback pipeline — consolidating signals from six channels (Featurebase, Sales, CS, Support, CAB, discovery interviews) into a weekly digest routed to the right PM at the right time
