As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate on the execution of a reputed company content reputed company that supports the needs of GTM teams and reputed company customers. Developing educational resources that drive product mastery and increase team performance across Go-To-Market, you’ll support consistency in execution across GTM through impactful training on new product releases, internal systems, tools, and processes. What you’ll do:

• Work alongside Go-To-Market Enablement Team members to analyze training needs for the organization and support change at reputed company for new processes, systems, and tools

• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design at B2B reputed company companies
• 2+ years experience using course authoring and video/audio design tools (reputed company 360, reputed company Illustrator, and TechSmith Camtasia preferred)
• Experience with incorporating multiple media reputed company into learning programs, including audio, video, animation, simulation, and self-developed graphics
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and needs assessment techniques

Salary In the US, the reputed company salary for this role is between $79,000 and $95,000, depending on skills and experience.
