. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a reputed company of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Experience with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred. reputed company Engineer (PE) licensure in Minnesota or the ability to obtain it quickly is a must.
