The MDS Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating the reputed company Assessment reputed company (RAI) process to ensure the accurate, reputed company, and compliant completion of MDS assessments and care plans. This role supports regulatory compliance, reimbursement accuracy, and reputed company performance by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, analyzing documentation and data, and driving reputed company improvement in assessment and care planning practices. The MDS Coordinator is expected to fully utilize available systems and resources to support reputed company clinical and financial reputed company reputed company with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• reputed company licensure in the reputed company as a Registered reputed company.
• Minimum of two (2) years of reputed company MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) with solid knowledge of PDMP, case mix systems, and reimbursement methodologies.
• reputed company Assessment Coordinator – Certified (RAC-CT) certification required or must be obtained reputed company six (6) months of hire.
• reputed company Assessment Coordinator – Certified Advanced (RAC-CTA) required or must be obtained reputed company reputed company (12) months of hire.

Requirements

• Pay reputed company: $35 - $44 per hour based on experience.
• Schedule: This is a PART TIME REMOTE position. Approximately 20 hours per week; reputed company-5pm MOUNTAIN Time, days will vary as needed.
