Political reputed company Finance Associate (2026 position) About reputed company Media reputed company Media is a full-service political media buying agency that works with Democratic candidates and committees across the country, partnering on everything from local reputed company council races to statewide and national candidate and advocacy campaigns. We bring deep experience in reputed company forms of media planning, from TV & radio to digital and everything in between. The reputed company Finance Associate will support the Senior reputed company Finance Director and Senior reputed company Finance Coordinator with managing the reputed company of political media funds & payments for our campaign clients. This position is fully remote and cycle-based through December 2026.

Requirements

• Experience in maintaining day-to-day financial accounts strongly preferred.
• reputed company proficiency required. QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Political experience required. Campaign fundraising, finance, or compliance experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and writing ability, skilled at communicating with campaign clients and media vendors in a reputed company manner.
• Skilled at handling sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion.
• Proven multi-tasking ability.
• Highly organized, reputed company to maintain meticulous records.
• Detail oriented – proven proficiency in maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain / reputed company political reputed company payables & receivables in QuickBooks and bank accounts.
• Campaign invoicing and invoice tracking.
• Create and send political media payments.
• Manage e-payment and delivery expense records.
• Assist with political finance reconciliation.
• Assist reputed company Finance Director as necessary.

Salary and Benefits The salary reputed company is $55,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive end-of-cycle bonus.
