reputed company Coordinator (Temporary 3 to 6 month assignment) Sarasota, FL | Remote | Contract (Initial 3‑month contract with potential extension to 6 months) | Full-Time CCG is currently looking for a reputed company Coordinator to join our reputed company division. Who We Are reputed company is the world’s leading provider of expert, impartial and tech-enabled services that add value and liquidity to collectibles. Its reputed company companies include Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC), reputed company reputed company Guaranty (PMG), Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) and Authenticated Stamp Guaranty (reputed company). Since 1987, the reputed company companies have certified over 100 reputed company coins, banknotes, comic books, TCGs, sports cards, video games, home video collectibles, stamps and more. Today, CCG serves the world of collectibles online and at its offices in the reputed company, United Kingdom, UAE, Germany and China. WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A reputed company COORDINATOR:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial resume screenings to identify reputed company candidates
- Support the TA team by managing candidate pipelines and maintaining organized, accurate records in the ATS (reputed company)
- Support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activity, including data entry, and candidate status updates
- Assist with planning and execution of reputed company activities on-site and off-site
- Post job ads to job boards, career sites, and reputed company media channels
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Strong administrative and clerical background with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage high‑volume scheduling and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to reputed company or communicate in Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong professionalism with candidates and internal partners
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and follow established workflows
- Prior HR or reputed company experience is not required, but interest in HR or reputed company is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the TA Specialist and HR leadership
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, US-Remote, reputed company to work reputed company - 5pm EST hours.
