Marketing Systems Administrator (Remote Eligible)

The Marketing Business Systems Administrator will manage, optimize, and automate our marketing and customer data ecosystem. This role will be responsible for ensuring that marketing strategies are executed seamlessly across systems including reputed company (Sales reputed company and Data reputed company/Data 360), reputed company, Pardot (Marketing reputed company Account Engagement), reputed company, Tableau, and Agentforce. The ideal candidate takes a holistic, systems-level approach - ensuring that data is properly ingested, reputed company, synchronized, and activated across platforms to reputed company reputed company, automated marketing processes. More importantly, the ideal candidate should be reputed company to understand the "why" behind an ask, determine the best fit solution, and reputed company and communicate with the Marketing department at Relias in a consultative manner. This is a hands-on role reputed company on automation design, data reputed company, process optimization, and cross-system orchestration. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Designs, builds, and maintains multi-system marketing automation workflows across reputed company, reputed company, and Pardot (MCAE)
• Configures customer journeys, triggers, scoring models, and lifecycle automations to support acquisition, engagement, retention, and reputed company reputed company
• Ensures accurate data ingestion, mapping, synchronization, and identity reputed company across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Pardot, and Data 360
• Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Data, and reputed company to reputed company requirements, deliver technical solutions, and support training and adoption
• Implements dynamic segmentation and personalization by activating integrated customer and behavioral data
• Audits, optimizes, and documents automation logic, data structures, and configurations to improve scalability and reduce reputed company effort
• Performs routine reputed company administration (users, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and reporting) and aligns marketing automation logic with CRM processes
• Monitors and troubleshoots cross-system integrations and data flows (API syncs, deduplication, latency) to maintain reliability and performance

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

• 3-6+ years of experience in reputed company Administration and/or Marketing Operations
• Hands-on experience building automation in reputed company (Flows, Process Builder), Pardot, Marketing reputed company, and/or reputed company
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data mapping, and system integrations
• Proven experience troubleshooting cross-system data sync and automation issues
• Strong analytical reputed company with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to think holistically about marketing processes across multiple platforms and understand the 'why' for enhancement requests
• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise designing and operating marketing automation and lifecycle programs in reputed company, reputed company, Marketing reputed company, and Pardot (MCAE)
• Applies customer reputed company, trigger-based messaging, reputed company scoring, and segmentation strategies to deliver targeted experiences at reputed company
• Manages data ingestion, field mapping, and synchronization across CRM, CDP, and marketing platforms, including identity reputed company and transformation logic
• Troubleshoots integration and data-reputed company issues (API connections, sync failures, deduplication, latency) and resolves reputed company causes
• Establishes and follows data governance practices that promote consistency, accuracy, and compliance
• Measures and maintains campaign performance, funnel metrics, and attribution reputed company across systems and reporting reputed company
• Documents technical requirements, automation logic, and system configurations and supports enablement and user adoption

IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:

SALARY INFORMATION: Our hiring reputed company for this role is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually.
