About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Software Application Support Engineer to join reputed company remotely reputed company the reputed company. This role involves providing operational and technical support for reputed company applications used by the reputed company. Qualifications

- Strong understanding of application architecture, system integrations, and database interactions
- Experience analyzing application logs, system metrics, and utilizing monitoring tools
- Proficiency with SQL and relational database management systems

- Knowledge of incident management and service management processes
