reputed company, a New Jersey based intellectual property reputed company, is seeking an reputed company biotech patent attorney with a background in biology or reputed company discipline and a portable book of business of at least $200,000. We are seeking highly reputed company and motivated candidates with excellent reputed company credentials, communication skills, and the ability to work in reputed company environment. Prior engineering experience is a plus. Attorney will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, managing IP portfolios, counseling clients, performing patentability and clearance opinions, with exposure to domestic and international prosecution, along with reputed company contact and management. reputed company applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to deal with a reputed company of technologies reputed company the biotech arts.
- At least 5 year of reputed company patent prosecution experience.
- JD, NJ State Bar or ability to reputed company admission to NJ, USPTO Bar.
- Industry experience is a plus.
- Litigation experience a plus.
