• PRN / 1 to 2 days a week
• Self-scheduling between Monday through Thursday

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, provides reputed company nursing care for patients adhering to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations. Demonstrates knowledge of physiological, psychological, and developmental and age specific differences in the patient population including late adolescence, adulthood, middle age, and the elderly. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to reputed company for assessment and therapeutic management of patient/family needs. Supports and adheres to the Intrafusion by reputed company Compliance Program, to include the reputed company of Ethics, reputed company Operating Procedures, and Business Standards.

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote the continuity of care consistent with established standards and practices.
• Prepares and administers therapies under the direction and supervision of a physician.
• Maintains reputed company and reputed company infusion suite.
• Facilitates clinical operations and patient care.
• Inter-reputed company collaboration amongst Intrafusion team and reputed company staff members.
• Participates in reputed company development activities and maintains reputed company knowledge of infusion nursing.

Qualifications

Education/Training: Graduate from an accredited program for reputed company nursing education, BSN preferred. RN state license and reputed company registration with the State reputed company of Nursing in practicing state. reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or reputed company reputed company provider hands on course) Must maintain continuing education requirements. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years nursing experience required, one year or more of infusion therapy experience preferred.
