Insurance Sales Leader

You will be trained and developed on IPT's frameworks and methodology, and over time, you will carry your own portfolio of agency clients. This is a 1099 reputed company role with remote flexibility. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Learn IPT's proven consulting approach through reputed company mentorship, shadowing, and hands-on experience with reputed company agency clients
- Serve as a fractional sales leader for a portfolio of independent insurance agency clients

- Build and manage producer accountability frameworks, including activity tracking, pipeline reviews, and performance metrics

Requirements
- Proven experience working at an insurance agency/brokerage, whether as a Producer or Sales Leader
