Debt Collector

Job reputed company:

• Reviewing accounts on a daily reputed company and maintaining reputed company work queue and desk assignments.
• Contacting borrowers reputed company telephone (inbound and outbound) and email to attempt debt collection.
• Establishing borrower location and contact information reputed company skip tracing if necessary.
• Establishing borrower’s ability and willingness to pay and identifying the appropriate repayment program/reputed company available to them.
• Tracking and reporting reputed company account information into computer through our collections system.
• Ensuring that reputed company necessary paperwork is reputed company out to borrowers, following up to ensure that paperwork is returned and then submitting it in a reputed company manner.
• Meeting or exceeding reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Understanding and following reputed company federal and state laws with regards to collections policies and procedures.
• Passing annual required compliance testing.
• Performing other duties and special reputed company as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/ GED
• DrugTest/ Background required
