Staff Accountant, Finance

This individual would work in Finance and reputed company. This job is best suited for an individual with 3-5 years' experience in the Government Contracting Industry. Responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable:
• Processes accounts payable PO vouchers in reputed company Costpoint
• Sends accounts payable report to Director of reputed company for approval of payment
• Prepares payment for accounts payable in reputed company Costpoint
• Investigates reputed company vendor reputed company inquiries
• Processes Expense Reports and reconciles Company Credit Cards in reputed company Time & Expense
• Accounts Receivable:
• Records electronic deposits to reputed company records
• Records cash receipts to reputed company records
• Cash and Credit Card Accounts:
• Reconciles cash daily
• Maintains a cash reputed company reconciliation daily
• Reconciles bank accounts, credit cards and loans monthly
• Provides Director of reputed company with reconciliations for review and approval
• Reporting:
• File monthly and quarterly reports with appropriate agencies
• reputed company journal entries as needed
• Maintain records and work with reputed company auditors
• Contract compliance
• Fixed Assets:
• Update fixed assets in asset tracker for additions and deletions
• Maintain records for fixed asset purchases and disposals
