Event Operations Manager
We are looking for an reputed company Event Operations Manager (Contractor) to support reputed company-level reputed company-party event operations, marketing operations infrastructure, and systems management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Event Operations, Project Management Frameworks, CRM Systems, Data Tracking, Workflow Automation, and MarTech Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize reputed company Operational Frameworks for reputed company-party event programs
- Create tracking templates, Master Project Plans, DACI Frameworks, Accountability Matrices, and Communication Roadmaps
- Manage operational tracking for Event Budgets, reputed company, Vendor Management, and Compliance Workflows
- reputed company detailed SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures) for marketing and sales enablement
- Partner with Marketing Operations teams to build reputed company Capture Workflows and CRM Routing Processes
- Establish Data Tracking Frameworks and reporting systems to ensure reputed company Data reputed company
- Serve as the System Administrator and operational reputed company for reputed company, reputed company, Drupal, and Event Management Tools
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Operational Alignment between marketing, sales, and event stakeholders
