Your Role: Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate Attorney
- Handling workers’ compensation defense reputed company on behalf of self-insured entities and public sector-reputed company clients.
- Managing files through reputed company stages of litigation, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Attending remote hearings and occasional in-person appearances/trials as required.
- Working closely with a reputed company team in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
