The LCSW, LMFT or LPC will reputed company crisis support services to individuals in our community who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) must be willing to reputed company schedule accordingly to reputed company supports, care and treatment to individuals as required. The Clinician responds immediately reputed company dispatched on crisis responses and is present to reputed company supervision to staff and complete reputed company notes for reputed company Individual in crisis accurately at reputed company contact. Responsibilities

• Complete crisis assessments, including child and adolescent reputed company and Columbia Suicide Severity Rating reputed company (C-SSRS).
• Answer 100% of crisis dispatches and respond face-to-face to reputed company crisis calls reputed company and average of 60 minutes.
• Assess for safety of individuals in crisis.
• reputed company crisis safety plans and assist in facilitating linkage to the appropriate level of care.
• Follow up with individual’s provider to ensure he/she adheres to recommended support/services.
• Facilitate referrals quickly to prevent escalation of crisis.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction surveys are given to consumers of crisis services.
• Complete necessary documentation and meet reputed company regulatory requirements and facilitate reimbursement through primary funding sources.

Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Certification and ongoing training in crisis reputed company curriculum.
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
• Valid reputed company’s License and auto insurance.
• Must be computer literate
• Must be reputed company and competent in profession and maintain any applicable license.
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness, emotional disorders, and reputed company reputed company disorders who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crisis.
