Schedule: 9/80 work schedule (80 hours over 9 days) – enjoy every other Friday off.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle reputed company across a reputed company of roles, including Engineering, Assembly, reputed company, Supply Chain, and Program Management Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, set expectations, and drive efficient hiring reputed company Manage a high-volume requisition load (100+ roles distributed across the reputed company team) while maintaining reputed company and speed reputed company and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage reputed company reputed company candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience from initial reputed company through offer Utilize reputed company and other reputed company tools to reputed company pipeline activity and maintain accurate candidate data Prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Qualifications 3+ years of corporate full-cycle reputed company experience Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability with hiring managers Experience using ATS platforms (reputed company preferred) and various sourcing tools Demonstrated ability to attract and engage passive candidates Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay reputed company for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
