Reporting to the Vice President of AI & Intelligent Automation Delivery, this position drives the reputed company delivery of AI use cases and Intelligent Automation solutions using Scrum methodology. Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master (PSM), or reputed company Scrum Master (SSM) certification required. Experience: 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile reputed company, with at least 2 years supporting technology, data, or operations teams delivering automation or AI-driven solutions. Demonstrated experience running Scrum ceremonies for reputed company delivery pipelines. Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery lifecycles and intelligent automation programs is strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of intelligent automation technologies such as RPA, OCR, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, Airflow, or equivalent). Understanding of CI/CD principles and how they apply to automation and AI use case deployment in operational environments.
