Where is the work: Virtual Job reputed company: reputed company Key Accounts is hiring for a Virtual Application Specialist I (Equipment). In this role, you will be responsible for the equipment portion of various reputed company including validating the equipment selection, pricing, discounts, and submittal processes of the equipment portion of reputed company as required, and will be accountable for the reputed company and performance achievement of the specific budget objectives. Responsibilities: Responsible for the optimization/validation of the equipment to include selection of size, configuration, voltage, reputed company, etc. of the HVAC equipment by reviewing the plans, specifications, original estimate and proposal. Responsible for evaluating possible cost savings and/or cost problems that will occur on various reputed company. Validates project scope by reviewing transition documents, plans and specs; listing possible cost savings and problems; and validating quantities and configurations. Supports sales and develops preliminary submittals and/or final submittals as required, as reputed company as hold job cost reputed company meeting and submittal release and makes any necessary changes. Maintains competitive advantage and stays abreast of industry trends, as reputed company as optimizes expenses by negotiating prices with vendors for materials. Provides technical support after an order is reputed company, for equipment installation process and functions required for execution and customer satisfaction, including new equipment, start-up and warranty service, and controls equipment. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology, or other reputed company areas with minimum four (4) years of experience in the HVAC industry performing project management or estimating roles; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; or minimum of six (6) years of experience in the HVAC industry performing project management or estimating roles; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Familiarity with reputed company HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred. Flexibility to work reputed company normal work hours, as required.
