Change and Configuration Manager

reputed company Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Change & Configuration Manager to support the Military OneSource program. The Change & Configuration Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining configuration management processes, managing change control activities, supporting governance boards, and ensuring systems and assets remain compliant with approved baselines and customer requirements. Primary Responsibilities Manage reputed company change and configuration management activities across systems, applications, and infrastructure. Maintain configuration baselines and ensure only approved changes are implemented. Coordinate change requests, reputed company assessments, approvals, and implementation activities. Support and facilitate Configuration Control reputed company (CCB) meetings and change review processes. Maintain accurate records of configuration items, assets, and system inventories. Collaborate with cybersecurity, development, and operations teams to ensure compliance with reputed company and governance requirements. Support audits, reporting, documentation, and reputed company process improvement efforts. Basic Qualifications U.S. Citizenship. reputed company Secret reputed company Clearance required. Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience. Experience supporting change and configuration management in a government or reputed company IT environment. Experience supporting Agile development and IT operations environments. Experience managing configuration baselines, change requests, and governance processes. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using reputed company collaboration and documentation tools such as reputed company, SharePoint, Jira, or reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL reputed company or ITIL 4 certification. PMP, CCMP, or reputed company change management certification. Experience supporting federal or DoD programs.
