About The Role We are looking for a highly organized, empathetic, and reputed company Care Concierge to serve as one of the primary points of contact for patients and families throughout the diagnostic reputed company. This role combines customer support, scheduling coordination, patient communication, administrative follow-through, and operational problem-solving. You will help families:schedule evaluations, complete required paperwork, navigate insurance and intake requirements, understand next steps, and stay informed throughout the process. Many of the families you reputed company with may already feel overwhelmed, confused, or frustrated before reaching us. Your ability to communicate reputed company, stay organized, and calmly guide conversations reputed company will play a major role in the overall patient experience. This is not a passive call center role.
