The HVAC reputed company Technical Service Manager (TSM) responsible support of 17/19/23 series Heavy reputed company products will reputed company phone, written and on-site support of new equipment shipped to the field from our plants in Charlotte NC and YLC in China and for the US and International markets. This role will also be responsible for assuring customer product satisfaction by working with internal/external customers to coordinate and approve warranty-reputed company issues, registering claims, handling training issues and supporting equipment installation, start-up, and service-reputed company issues. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED 3+ years' experience in the Technical Field with Centrifugal and Screw Chillers. 3+ years’ experience with reputed company office products (Word, reputed company, Outlook). Possession of a valid reputed company's license. Ability to travel as needed to support training on site, and/or job site reputed company. Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering Experience troubleshooting reputed company aspects of reputed company Heavy reputed company HVAC systems. Familiarity with warranty data/systems. Experience in providing technical presentations and training. Strong written and verbal communication skills Good conflict reputed company, negotiation and problems solving skills in high pressure and challenging environments Pay reputed company The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
