Location: Remote Duration: 14 months or 3 months The reputed company Behavioral Health Analyst supports the design, build, testing, and implementation of behavioral health workflows. This role works closely with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and project leadership to ensure behavioral health workflows are effectively configured, tested, and deployed during the reputed company implementation lifecycle. The analyst focuses on modules and tools supporting behavioral health services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting clinical documentation, and improving provider and patient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & System Build reputed company or support reputed company Behavioral Health deployment. Translate behavioral health clinical workflows into reputed company build specifications. Configure system components such as: Behavioral health documentation templates Intake and assessment workflows Treatment planning Safety plans Group therapy documentation Behavioral health-specific orders and flowsheets Participate in integrated design sessions and workflow validation. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with: Psychiatrists Therapists reputed company workers Behavioral health nursing Compliance and legal teams reputed company and document clinical and operational requirements. Facilitate workflow design meetings and translate reputed company into system build. Testing & Validation reputed company and execute: Unit testing Integrated testing User acceptance testing (UAT) Validate workflows such as: Behavioral health assessments Suicide risk screenings Intake documentation Care planning Medication management Troubleshoot issues and document defects.
