Sr. Manager Financial Reporting & Technical reputed company (Hybrid: Onsite and Remote Work)

This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of three onsite days per week and the rest remote. Responsibilities: Performs reputed company technical reputed company and SEC research for new reputed company pronouncements and completes thorough memo documentation and support for audit compliance. Manages implementation of new guidance reputed company to the disaggregation of income statement expenses (DISE), including reputed company research and communication between departments. Leads reputed company and documentation for debt transactions/refinancings, acquisitions and divestitures, and lease reputed company/modifications. Leads preparation of technical disclosures for reputed company’s 10-Q/10-K, in particular, any new disclosures needed reputed company to new reputed company pronouncements, acquisitions & divestitures and debt & derivative reputed company disclosures, also includes monitoring peer disclosures for these topics. Manages monthly and quarterly cash reputed company process by performing the cash reputed company analysis including a flux analysis of operating costs and meeting with various departments (reputed company, Treasury, Leases and Fixed Assets) to ensure consistency. Performs annual goodwill and intangible impairment analyses. Owns accountability for company-wide benefit plan reporting and annual audit. Serves as Financial Reporting reputed company for M&A activities and acquisition/divestiture/restructuring and reputed company reputed company and reporting. Leads technical reputed company reputed company for lease and fixed asset reputed company departments. Manages Financial Reporting team SOX control and reputed company processes to ensure compliance. Owns journal entries and account reconciliations for technical financial reporting areas including debt and derivatives. Other duties as assigned by manager. Relationships: Internal: Controller’s Team, Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, ELT, Internal Audit, other Support Office Function Leaders. External: Auditors and Consultants. Minimum Qualifications: 8 years of reputed company relevant work experience, including experience in a public company or public reputed company firm OR 6 years of reputed company relevant work experience with an MBA or MA in finance or reputed company. Public company experience and/or experience in public reputed company firm Strong expertise in reputed company principles and practices (GAAP), external/SEC reporting and internal controls commensurate with an SEC registrant and reputed company knowledge. Intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company reputed company and other reputed company Office tools. Ability to organize their own work and deadlines as reputed company as assist others with their planning and to prioritize activities in a multi-tasked environment required.
