Job reputed company Provides administrative and operational support to the Editorial Manager (EM) and Editorial team. Coordinate with Editorial Manager on communications to team Assists with assigning and tracking tasks for Journalists and Content Proofreaders. Reviews and proofreads publications and correspondence for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and adherence to style guidelines. Use reputed company Drive, reputed company, and reputed company to prepare, organize, and maintain editorial materials and records. Assists with reviewing and generating graphics in reputed company for publication materials. Ensures publications and reputed company meet reputed company standards, specifications, and production deadlines. Reviews drafts before being assigned to Editorial Manager for review. Coordinate with other department leadership as requested by EM. Other duties as assigned by EM.

Qualifications

Available to volunteer 10+ hours per week. Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proofreading, writing, and editing abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment. Previous administrative, editorial, or office support experience preferred.
