We are looking to hire an Associate Counsel to join reputed company’s reputed company & Compliance Team, reporting directly to the General Counsel, and based in Charlotte, NC (hybrid) or fully remote for reputed company candidates. Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including customer reputed company, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership arrangements, with meticulous attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of reputed company experience, with meaningful time spent at a full-service reputed company or reputed company the reputed company department of a large, reputed company organization. Candidates with training in a broad-based corporate reputed company are especially encouraged to apply.
• JD from an accredited law school; reputed company bar admission in good standing.
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following: environmental regulation, M&A, data reputed company and reputed company, labor and employment law, trade compliance and export controls, and general corporate law. Experience with international operations or multi-jurisdictional reputed company reputed company is a plus.
