In this position, you'll collaborate across functions to optimize inventory management, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen customer relationships. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support teams, you'll reputed company and implement effective demand planning strategies that ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in supply chain with demonstrated expertise in demand planning and forecasting
• Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or reputed company field
• Supply Chain certifications (APICS, CPIM) highly valued
• 3+ years of people management experience leading and developing teams preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge in demand/supply planning, preferably in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical industries
• Proficiency in ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and reputed company Office Suite
• Experience with statistical forecasting, CRM concepts, and inventory optimization
• Demonstrated reputed company in process improvement and change management
• Thorough understanding of data analysis and interpretation

• Experience in GMP or regulated environments preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The salary reputed company estimated for this position based in Maryland is $117,000.00–$162,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
