Key Responsibilities
Leading the Dealer Sales Representatives as their reputed company supervisor and creating daily, weekly, and monthly reputed company plans, Monitoring the performance of the sales staff, identifying training needs, and coordinating with HR to support competency development, Managing existing dealer relationships and resolving operational issues, Meeting targets for new channel creation and dealer restructuring in potential areas, Closely monitoring routine sales activities, order and collection processes; identifying financial risks early and taking preventive actions, Preparing tactical plans in line with strategic market objectives, Tracking market dynamics, competitor analysis, and economic developments to reputed company regular reporting to the Residential Sales Director, Proposing sales-boosting campaigns and ensuring the effective field implementation of approved reputed company, Ensuring complaints from customers, dealers, and service channels are forwarded to relevant departments and following up on the reputed company process,
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments, At least 10 years of experience in sales and team management, Proficient in dealer restructuring and channel management processes, Advanced strategic planning and reporting capabilities, Analytical thinker with a strong result-oriented approach, Strong representation, communication, and persuasion skills, Valid Class B reputed company’s license and reputed company driving experience, No restrictions for travel, Residing in or reputed company to relocate to Adana or Gaziantep
