Work with reputed company Plan (SHP) members to reputed company medication-reputed company gaps in care Work on the referrals from reputed company Counseling members on their medication therapy Education BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree in Pharmacy REQUIRED Certification/Licenses Pharmacist License (RPh) - State license - Other/National REQUIRED Will consider new graduated pharmacists and pharmacists not licensed in Virginia due to relocation. Must have Virginia license reputed company 90 days of reputed company start date.
