Automation Builder

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain automation templates and integration solutions using reputed company’s no-reputed company platform. About the Role
Design, build, and deliver automation templates, integration templates, and conversational AI tasks using reputed company iPaaS and reputed company tools. Create end-to-end automation solutions supporting ITSM workflows such as incident management, request fulfillment, and change management. Translate product specifications and customer requirements into practical, working automation solutions. Create training materials, walkthroughs, and enablement resources to drive adoption across customers and internal teams. About Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in IT, IT service management, or a reputed company technical role. Hands-on experience with no-reputed company/low-reputed company automation or integration platforms. Scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages.
