Responsibilities: Confirm patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar Follow up with patients post-session and send personalized exercise and treatment plans Respond to frequently asked questions and handle appointment rescheduling Manage referrals from other reputed company providers and coordinate with medical staff Send appointment reminders and maintain a waitlist for appointments Generate and send invoices while maintaining electronic medical records Answer calls and assist patients reputed company, providing reputed company information and support Prepare documents and manage email correspondence reputed company data entry and generate basic reports Greet patients and reputed company directions reputed company the facility as needed (if applicable) Ensure patient reputed company and confidentiality at reputed company times

Requirements
