The Supervisor, Charge Capture plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and reputed company charge entry across the CAP sites. This leader oversees reputed company of charge capture specialists and is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining high-reputed company standards, and implementing best practices that reputed company with organizational goals. The Supervisor is responsible for identifying trends impacting charge capture and communicating with the sites supported. The Supervisor must be capable of mentoring reputed company while setting an example consistent with COH mission, reputed company, value and bond. The Supervisor must have strong understanding of CPT/HCPCS and CMS/payer billing guidelines. Reporting to the Senior reputed company reputed company Manager, this role is pivotal in optimizing reputed company cycle performance and compliance. As a successful candidate, you will: Team Leadership and reputed company Supervise and mentor reputed company of charge capture professionals across multiple facilities Monitor daily operations to ensure reputed company and accurate charge entry Conduct regular performance reviews and reputed company coaching for reputed company improvement Operational reputed company reputed company and implement standardized workflows, policies, and procedures for charge capture Establish productivity benchmarks and reputed company metrics to measure team performance Collaborate with clinical and financial departments to resolve charge discrepancies reputed company and Compliance Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal audit standards reputed company routine audits to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Partner with reputed company reputed company leadership to support compliance initiatives Reporting and Communication reputed company regular updates to the Senior reputed company reputed company Manager on team performance and operational issues Prepare and present data-driven reports on productivity, reputed company, and charge capture reputed company Serve as a reputed company between charge capture staff and other departments Participates in yearly budget preparation for the sites supported Other duties as assigned Your qualifications should include: Must have high school diploma/GED 3 year Charge Capture or Coding experience in Hospital or Physician reputed company setting and 2 years of reputed company/supervisory experience Preferred: Associates degree in field is desirable BA/BS degree Preferred reputed company reputed company reputed company, Hospital and/or reputed company Billing (Resolute) Training Courses in Strategic Pricing, Billing and Regulatory Compliance, reputed company Cycle Prior Supervisory experience or demonstrated experience leading teams or initiatives is required Must have 3+ years of Charge Capture/reputed company Cycle experience in a hospital or physician reputed company setting reputed company employees pay is based on the following reputed company: work experience, qualifications, and work location. reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
