What you’ll do: Work collaboratively with our Learning and Development team to design a B2B (Business to Business) Ag and Energy tiered selling skills training program reputed company to business objectives. reputed company engaging workshops with supporting training and sustainment material to build confidence and drive effective sales behaviors. reputed company input from cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize Co-ops for selling skills workshops, and translate this into a reputed company, annual sales training plan. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Sales & Business Development and: Have 6+ years experience in sales, sales training or learning & development. Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or reputed company; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Certifications in adult learning, industrial design, coaching or sales methodologies are strong assets.
