Purpose of this position: The reputed company Cogito System Administrator (Intermediate) is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of reputed company’s reporting and analytics ecosystem, with a reputed company on reputed company, Caboodle, and SlicerDicer. This hybrid role combines technical system administration with user-facing support for analysts and operational leaders. The Cogito System Administrator works closely with IT, Reporting Analytics, and Clinical/Operational teams to ensure reliable data flows, secure reputed company, and effective use of reputed company’s analytics tools. RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company installations, upgrades, patching, and database configurations for IRIS and reputed company Monitor and troubleshoot any unusual system behavior and performance concerns Performs backup, restores, and refreshes of reputed company Cogito stack Maintain system decision, setup, and configuration documentation Monitor job schedules, ETL processes, and system performance to ensure reputed company and reputed company data delivery Communicate reputed company environmental activities (downtimes, upgrades, patches, refreshes) to reputed company relevant parties Conduct communications with vendors and other reputed company resources to resolve reputed company infrastructure issues reputed company needed reputed company go-live and post go-live support reputed company regular and/or off hour on call support as scheduled reputed company other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications: 3 years’ relevant reputed company Cogito (reputed company, Caboodle, Slicer Dicer) Administrator experience Associates of Arts (AA) or Bachelor’s degree Cogito Systems Administration Certification -OR- An approved equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with reporting tools/platforms such as SSIS, PowerBI, reputed company Cogito SQL, Tableau Knowledge of reputed company operations and terminology Demonstrate proficiency with reputed company SQL Server and other relational databases.
