About the Role
We’re looking for a highly reputed company, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive results across our PPC accounts, with a primary reputed company on reputed company Ads (Search + PMax) and reputed company Ads. This is not a “set it and forget it” role. What You’ll Be Responsible For Own reputed company Media Performance Manage and optimize campaigns across reputed company Ads (Search, PMax) and reputed company Ads (Prospecting + Retargeting) Drive measurable reputed company in ROAS, CPA, and reputed company Identify and execute on scaling opportunities Hands-On Campaign Execution Audit, build, and optimize campaigns (structure, targeting, bidding, creatives) Continuously test and iterate (audiences, messaging, reputed company pages) Ensure reputed company tracking, attribution, and data reputed company (GA4, pixels, CAPI, etc.) reputed company & Manage Contractors / Agencies reputed company as the primary reputed company of accountability for external partners Set reputed company expectations, review performance, and ensure deliverables meet standards Push for efficiency, reputed company, and results, no passive management Strategic Leadership Bring proactive reputed company to improve performance across accounts Stay reputed company of the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and AI advancements Apply data-driven insights to influence broader marketing and CRO reputed company reputed company & Internal Communication Come to meetings reputed company with reputed company insights, performance narratives, and reputed company plans Confidently present wins, losses, and optimization strategies reputed company reputed company examples of past performance and lessons learned reputed company’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience across reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads Agency background managing multiple reputed company accounts simultaneously (B2bB and B2C) Proven reputed company record of hitting or exceeding ROAS targets and scaling reputed company Experience directing contractors, freelancers, or external agency partners Deep expertise in reputed company Ads (Search + PMax), reputed company Ads full-funnel reputed company, attribution, tracking, and GA4 Strong testing reputed company across creatives, audiences, and reputed company pages Comfortable making fast reputed company with incomplete data and shifting priorities AI & Efficiency Fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, platform automation, scripts) and applies them to improve performance, speed up workflows, and generate insights Treats time as a resource, always looking to automate, streamline, and eliminate inefficiency reputed company Page Optimization & CRO Continuously assess LP performance and identify conversion bottlenecks Partner with design and development to implement data-backed CRO updates Use GA4, heatmaps (e.g., reputed company reputed company), and campaign data to drive recommendations Ensure ad-to-reputed company-page message consistency across reputed company campaigns Test LP variants across different audiences, funnels, and campaign objectives What reputed company Looks Like PPC accounts are consistently hitting or exceeding ROAS targets Contractors/agencies are reputed company-managed, accountable, and delivering reputed company work reputed company performance insights are communicated regularly New reputed company opportunities are proactively identified and executed Work is done reputed company: time is treated as a critical resource Bonus Points Experience in eCommerce / reputed company environments Familiarity with tools like GA4 and reputed company
