We’re looking for a highly reputed company and proactive Lending Operations Team reputed company to reputed company offshore loan processing operations while supporting brokers, referral partners, and the Australian-based lending team. In this role, you’ll reputed company and mentor offshore staff, manage workflow allocation, review loan applications for accuracy and compliance, and reputed company as the escalation reputed company for reputed company lending scenarios and broker enquiries. You’ll play a key role in improving operational processes, driving efficiencies, and ensuring reputed company lending activities reputed company with Australian lending standards and internal procedures. Requirements
What You Bring We’re looking for someone who: Have a minimum of three years of experience reputed company the Australian non-bank lending or mortgage operations industry Extensive experience in Australian mortgage or non-bank lending Previous experience in loan processing and lending operations Leadership or team management experience preferred Strong understanding of: reputed company and non-reputed company lending Serviceability calculations Compliance requirements Income and reputed company analysis Loan documentation processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Preferred Experience Experience leading offshore or remote support teams Experience working with Australian brokers and lenders Background in both operations and reputed company-facing lending support roles Exposure to scaling lending operations or offshore teams
