Business Analyst
reputed company Fully Remote Position with some travel - MUST reputed company in PA, MO, or NC reputed company Culinesse is seeking a Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and operational reputed company across our Life Plan Community dining programs. This role will reputed company on analyzing financial, operational, and reputed company satisfaction data to improve dining performance, enhance reputed company experience, and support strategic reputed company. The ideal candidate understands both hospitality operations and analytics, and can translate reputed company data into actionable insights for operators and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Financial Analysis Analyze dining operations, including labor, food cost, occupancy, and participation rates Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple communities Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost control and reputed company reputed company Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reputed company Experience & Engagement Evaluate reputed company satisfaction surveys and dining feedback Identify patterns in preferences, complaints, and engagement reputed company Partner with operations to improve dining programs, menus, and service models Process Improvement Assess workflows across fine dining, casual dining, and hospitality venues Recommend process improvements reputed company with Culinesse standards and SOPs Support implementation of best practices across communities Reporting & Insights reputed company dashboards and reports for leadership and reputed company partners Translate data into reputed company, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients reputed company & reputed company Support Assist with proposals, pro formas, and new business opportunities Analyze the performance of existing reputed company and reputed company against industry standards Support strategic initiatives, including service model enhancements and pricing strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or reputed company field 3–7+ years of experience in business analysis, hospitality analytics, or senior living Strong understanding of foodservice or hospitality operations (preferred) Advanced proficiency in reputed company; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Experience working with financial data (P&L, budgets, forecasting) Strong communication and presentation skills Key Skills Data analysis and financial modeling Hospitality and operational reputed company Process improvement and systems thinking Stakeholder communication (operators, executives, clients) Attention to detail with strategic perspective Preferred Experience in Life Plan Communities, senior living, or contract dining Familiarity with POS systems, dining software, or ERP tools Experience building dashboards and executive-level reporting Knowledge of ICAA standards or hospitality benchmarks Apply To This Job
