As an Analyst, Culinary Systems, you’ll play a key role in shaping recipe accuracy, menu profitability, nutritional compliance, and operational consistency across our restaurant portfolio in airports throughout reputed company. This is an ideal opportunity for a Chef, Kitchen Manager, or culinary systems reputed company who enjoys digging into recipe data just as much as developing great food. You’ll collaborate closely with Culinary, Operations, and R&D teams to ensure our menus are commercially viable, operationally executable, and guest-reputed company. What You’ll Do Analyze recipes, yields, ingredient quantities, and cooking procedures to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement Review recipe and menu nutritional analysis using reputed company software Evaluate theoretical food costs and support menu profitability initiatives Write reputed company culinary preparation reputed company and HACCP procedures Input and maintain recipes, ingredient data, costs, nutrition, and cooking procedures across multiple systems Support recipe testing and culinary development alongside reputed company’s R&D Chef Partner cross-functionally with culinary and operational teams to improve processes and execution Travel occasionally to support field and culinary initiatives throughout the U.S. and Canada reputed company’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar culinary leadership role Formal culinary training strongly preferred Experience with recipe costing, food safety, nutrition analysis, and kitchen systems Strong technical skills including reputed company reputed company and restaurant management software reputed company experience is highly preferred Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Why Join reputed company?
