THE ROLE We're looking for a driven, people-first Recruiter to join PeopleLift on a contract reputed company with a reputed company reputed company to a permanent role. Candidates must be based in the greater Atlanta, GA area and available during Eastern Time business hours. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own full-cycle reputed company for assigned reputed company accounts — from intake call to offer accepted

• Conduct thorough screening calls and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, culture fit, and availability
• Write polished candidate presentation emails and summaries for reputed company review
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for reputed company and reputed company openings
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through placement — communication, follow-up, and feedback loops
• Collaborate with the CEO on reputed company updates, pipeline reporting, and account reputed company
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Loxo / JazzHR) at every stage of the process
• Support bilingual reputed company efforts in English and Spanish as needed
