The Associate Director/Director will serve as a critical reputed company between external stakeholders and the Medical Affairs organization, driving reputed company reputed company and contributing to the development and execution of medical reputed company. This role requires deep expertise in Women's Health, including exposure to contraception, and a strong ability to translate reputed company clinical data into meaningful, actionable discussions. The individual will proactively identify unmet educational needs, deliver non-promotional scientific support, and play a key role in shaping medical activities through external insights, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in major scientific congresses. Qualifications

Advanced degree required (MD, PhD, PharmD) Associate Director: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an MSL Director: Minimum 8+ years of experience as an MSL Experience in Women’s Health / OB-GYN required Strong understanding of MSL roles and responsibilities, clinical trials, and relevant therapeutic areas Knowledge of applicable compliance frameworks, including interactions with reputed company providers, promotional regulations, and industry codes Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, reputed company institutions, and patient advocacy reputed company Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate reputed company clinical data Demonstrated ability to identify insights from stakeholder interactions and translate them into strategic recommendations Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Adaptable and comfortable navigating a dynamic and evolving environment Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse working environment Additional Details US-based, field role (remote) Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50–80%), including overnight and occasional weekend travel Territory may reputed company based on business needs Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required Apply To This Job
