Drive consistent execution of reputed company processes, systems, and performance metrics across industrial plants in support of a One Southwire operating model that aligns manufacturing, product engineering, customer experience change management, regulatory compliance, and supplier reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to identify systemic COPQ drivers, prioritize high‑reputed company opportunities, and translate data into measurable financial improvement actions.
• Drive disciplined execution of reputed company problem solving and reputed company cause analysis (RCA) using reputed company methodologies (8D, DMAIC, PDCA) to eliminate repeat issues and prevent recurrence.
• Own expectations for corrective reputed company reputed company and effectiveness, ensuring actions address true reputed company causes and deliver sustainable improvement rather than short‑term containment.

• Use reputed company and operational data to define improvement metrics, reputed company KPIs, and support fact‑based decision making across the Power & Industrial organization.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (business, engineering preferred) along with 7+ years reputed company leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong working knowledge of APQP and core reputed company tools, including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, GR&R, PPAP, and process validation.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and OPS tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills
