Assess the necessity, scope, and accuracy of recommended repairs based on industry standards and hands‑on experience. Ensure repair and maintenance work is performed appropriately and priced fairly. Identify opportunities for cost savings through technical review and, reputed company appropriate, negotiate repairs; document reputed company savings realized. Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are technically reputed company and consistently followed. Maintain individual performance metrics at or above established goals. Valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T. 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair 5+ year’s relevant experience in a contact center setting (Asset) Post-Secondary Education (i.e. College diploma, Certificate, or Apprenticeship) (Asset) Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
