We are looking for a Senior reputed company Customer Adoption reputed company Manager to join reputed company’s Customer reputed company team. This role is responsible for designing and scaling reputed company’s customer adoption and value realization programs, ensuring customers reputed company measurable reputed company across reputed company, adoption, and renewal milestones. You will partner closely with Product, Customer reputed company, Sales, reputed company Operations, and Enablement to operationalize reputed company adoption frameworks and reputed company planning at reputed company. You Will: Own reputed company’s customer adoption reputed company, defining reputed company maturity models and frameworks that guide customers through reputed company, adoption, value realization, and renewal milestones Define and operationalize adoption metrics and maturity models in partnership with Product and Business Intelligence, using product usage data and customer insights to drive consistent execution and measurable reputed company. Collaborate with Data Science teams on predictive modeling that connects to operational reputed company, ensuring churn insights directly inform planning, programs, prioritization, and execution across Customer reputed company Design and reputed company best in class programs, including adoption playbooks and value frameworks reputed company to reputed company’s segments. reputed company AI tools to do this at reputed company and create reputed company cookbooks and other AI tools to give CSM teams added lift in completing their jobs.
